June 7 Retro Swing Sister
Led by vocalists Rhonda Laurie and Maryann Sullivan and backed by an incredible group of some of the finest Twin Cities musicians, Retro Swing Sister makes up a fun, retro-swinging, vibrant ensemble with a classic yet fresh approach to the Great American Songbook from the 20's to the 50's. From vintage style swinging standards to early dance rock, Retro Swing Sister appeals to a wide age range of both listeners and dancers. They guarantee a swingin’ good time!
June 14 Reina del Sid
Part singer songwriter group, part rock band you can find Reina del Sid and company at the intersection of lyrical storytelling, catchy riffs, and scorching solos. Their music has recently been featured by Paste Magazine, NPR, and Baeble Music, and they plan to release their next full-length record this year.
June 21 Sheldon Brass Band
Red Wing’s own 20-piece traditional British-style brass band.
June 28 Tim Cheesebrow Band
Classically trained but influenced by classic Americana artists like John Prine and Jackson Browne, Tim Cheesebrow’s music pays homage to roots and folk music with lyrics that focus on the issues of today.
July 4 special A Hard Days Night (Beatles cover band)
Celebrate the Fourth and the 50th anniversary of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band with John, Paul, George and Ringo!

July 12 Tony Cuchetti and The Afterwhile Band
Tony Cuchetti derives his spirit and creativity from an eclectic blend of folk, blues, country and Americana. Compared to the likes of Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Ray Lamontagne, Tony Cuchetti bleeds soul. Whether he is performing songs from his mentors, or his own original compositions, Tony leaves the listener with a deep sense of satisfaction for the power of simple yet provocative music.
July 19 Generation II
Generation II Big Band returns to Central Park to perform the Big Band music of the 40s and 50s. Playing together for nearly 20 years, the band specializes in the music of Glen Miller and Benny Goodman.
July 26 Siama Congo Roots
Siama is MN's resident Congolese pop star! Touring the world with with many beloved artists of soukous music (a genre known as "the sound of happiness"), Siama is now based in Minneapolis. Siama's quartet (with intricate guitar work, spirited vocal harmonies, percussion, harmonica, mbira/kalimba and balafon/marimba) will take you on a danceable and transfixing journey through the traditional music of his home country, the dance floors of East Africa and beyond. You'll be encouraged to sing along in Kikongo, Swahili and Lingala while experiencing the welcoming, celebratory nature of African music.
