Community Sculpture and Community Sculpture Show
The City of Red Wing Sculpture has an amazing collection of public art.  A self-guided Sculpture Art Crawl Guide enables visitors to view, experience and enjoy the incredible three dimensional artwork that is on display in this community.  The tour includes more than 40 pieces of original sculpture, monuments, and public art.  Included in the tour are the Sculpture Garden at the historic Anderson Center and the Sculpture Garden at the Red Wing Arts Association Depot Gallery.  Art pieces on the tour include nationally recognized work by sculptor Michael Bigger, Zovan Majsilov and internationally acclaimed sculptors Charles Biederman, Siah Armajani and many others.  Guides for the Sculpture Crawl can be obtained at no charge from the Red Wing Arts Association Depot Gallery in the historic train depot, 418 Levee Street, downtown Red Wing.

The Red Wing Sesquicentennial MuralPublic Art
Throughout 2007 the City of Red Wing celebrated our sesquicentennial (150th) year.  Dan Wiemer, RWAA member artist, designed the Sesquicentennial mural.  Working with other RWAA members, the design was transferred onto the exterior wall of the Malmquist Building located on 3rd Street between Plum and Bush Streets.  Once the design was in place, over 200 community members joined the artists in painting the mural. The beautiful mural includes many scenes from throughout the community.

Posters of the mural are available for purchase at Red Wing Depot Gallery.
