Presenting the Arts
The Red Wing Arts Association is the oldest arts association in Red Wing, originating in 1952 as an interactive arts educational program. We are committed to a focus on the arts by creating strong support of, and being a catalyst for, an expanding and dynamic arts community in Red Wing and the surrounding area.
Our support of the arts incorporates all forms of the fine, applied and performing arts at every level within our community. It is our belief that a personal engagement in the creative process, and active exchange of ideas, and a commitment to diversity in the arts are mainstays of our culture.
The RWAA proudly serves our community through artistic leadership, interactive education, and innovation programming. We are a volunteer, non-profit organization that supports emerging, established, and enduring artists and serves as a catalyst for a strong, sustainable, and dynamic arts community.
The Board meets on the third Tuesday of every month.
